腰椎后纵韧带骨化及其诊治探讨

后纵韧带骨化(ossification of the posterior longitudinal liga-ment,OPLL)是一种原因不明的病理现象,在其组织学上表现为脊柱后纵韧带的异常增厚及骨组织形成,在放射影像学上则表现为位于椎体或椎间隙后方的条索状或斑片状高密度区。本病多见于颈椎,其次为胸椎,而腰椎发病率很低,由于影像学技术的发展,使本病的诊断有了明显提高。自1998年3月-2003年11月,共收治15例腰椎后纵韧带骨化患者,现总结报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组15例,男11例,女4例;年龄14~67岁,平均55.7岁。病程2个月~9年,平均21个月;均经手术及病检证实。
