闭合复位双克氏针固定与钢板固定治疗盖氏骨折的比较

盖氏骨折是发生在桡骨中下1/3段、合并下尺桡关节脱位的骨折,在临床上为多发骨折。自1997-2004年,采用闭合复位双克氏针固定法治疗盖氏骨折23例,随机抽取同一阶段同类型盖氏骨折切开复位钢板固定治疗者23例,作一比较,现总结报告如下。1临床资料1.1闭合复位组23例,男15例,女8例;年龄最小20岁,最大62岁,平均46.6岁。直接暴力伤9例,间接传导伤14例;横断骨折7例,斜形骨折16例。就诊时间最早伤后0.5h,最晚伤后10d,平均伤后17h。1.2钢板固定组23例,男19例,女4例;年龄最小16岁,最大70岁,平均39岁。
