清创消炎配合生肌橡皮膏治疗组织坏死型感染伤口

自1995-2004年应用无菌技术与生肌橡皮膏(天津骨科医院自制)外用相结合的方法治疗各类组织坏死型感染伤口64例,取得了良好疗效,报告如下。1临床资料本组64例,男36例,女28例;年龄13~83岁,平均42岁。挤压伤35例,撕脱伤12例,切割伤6例,刺伤11例。急诊手术49例,择期手术15例,其中内固定手术27例。感染发生在肌腹19例,肌腱34例,关节11例。1例创面最大的病例有急性双侧小腿挤压伤后粉碎性骨折手术后大面积坏死,右侧10cm×15cm,左侧15cm×30cm,神经血管暴露在伤口中。3例创面较小的病例有手指甲床感染伴坏死骨质外露。1例难度较大的病例有血栓闭塞性脉管炎致足坏疽,截
