铁丝夹板外固定治疗Bennett骨折60例

2000-2005年,对60例Bennett骨折采用铁丝夹板外固定治疗,效果满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组男51例,女9例;年龄20~55岁,平均32.5岁。受伤时间2h~7d,平均20h。致伤原因:车祸伤50例,摔伤6例,打击伤4例。闭合性骨折52例,开放性骨折8例。2治疗方法先用12号铁丝做成“U”形,宽度与拇指等宽,长度25cm左右,视患者手指及上肢长度做适当调整。用石膏绷带包绕“U”形铁丝6层放入温水中,浸透拿出,放平玻璃板上,用拇指腹来回顺U形铁丝压实,并挤出水分,将两头及周围边缘塑形光滑后,将半凝固石膏铁丝夹板拿起竖放通风处,铁丝夹板已做好。
