2001年6月-2004年3月,应用指背神经营养血管皮瓣逆行转移修复指端缺损10例11块皮瓣,皮瓣全部成活,现报告如下。1临床资料本组10例,11块皮瓣,男8例,女2例;年龄14~40岁。电锯伤4例,冲床伤5例,齿轮伤1例,均为急诊Ⅰ期修复。修复部位:食指3块,中指5块,环指3块,皮瓣全部成活。2手术方法皮瓣设计:以远指关节近侧为旋转点,手指相邻侧缘（指背神经走行）为轴线,侧方达手指横纹连线,指背为中线,近节指骨适当位置设计皮瓣。皮瓣切取:先在皮瓣近端切口,解剖指背皮神经,切开皮瓣两侧缘至伸肌腱膜浅层,并从腱膜浅层掀起皮瓣。
