逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨不连

股骨远端骨不连常伴有软组织条件差、废用性骨质疏松、膝关节僵直,并常因远端骨折块过短而难以固定,因此是创伤骨科领域中较难治疗的疾病之一。自1998年5月-2004年8月,应用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨不连21例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组男14例,女7例;年龄22~61岁,平均38岁。致伤原因:车祸伤9例,坠落伤4例,砸伤5例,机械伤3例。开放伤4例,闭合伤17例。左侧8例,右侧13例。骨折类型:简单骨折2例,楔形骨折6例,复杂骨折13例。受伤时手术固定

方法:髁支持钢板3例,“L”形钢板8例,逆行髓内钉2例,动力髁螺钉（DCS）5例,顺行交锁髓内钉3例。
