快速牵引治疗颈椎小关节功能紊乱

自1996-2005年采用手法加快速牵引治疗颈椎小关节功能紊乱169例,疗效显著,报告如下。1临床资料169例中男108例,女61例;年龄19~55岁。病程20min~2周。全部患者均有落枕史或颈部急性扭伤史。症状与体征:颈部局部疼痛,颈椎前屈、后伸、侧屈及旋转活动受限,颈部肌肉僵硬,病损处棘突及椎旁均有明显压痛。四肢肌力、肌张力、全身皮肤感觉均正常。腱反射正常。伴有上肢神经根激惹症状者37例。臂丛牵拉试验阳性37例,压轴试验阳性86例。摄颈椎正侧位X线片示颈椎生理弯曲变浅或消失86例,反曲30例,无明显改变53例。
