形状记忆合金环抱锁骨接骨板治疗不稳定性锁骨骨折

我科于2000年7月-2005年3月应用镍钛形状记忆合金环抱锁骨接骨板（以下简称接骨板）治疗不稳定性锁骨骨折42例,取得满意疗效,报告如下。1临床资料本组42例,男29例,女13例;年龄20~67岁,平均34.6岁。粉碎性骨折26例,长斜形骨折13例,短斜形骨折3例。锁骨中段骨折31例,外1/3骨折9例,内1/3骨折2例均为新鲜骨折,骨折端移位明显,手术指征明确;受伤至手术时间11h~5d,平均2.3d。本组病例应用的接骨板由兰州西脉公司生产,由体部、臂部、锯齿边部三部分组成,有直形和弯形两种规格。2手术方法根据X线片确定锁骨直径的大小及骨折部位,选择型号和大小合适的接骨板消毒备用。
