夹板固定功能锻炼治疗肱骨外科颈后伸型骨折

1989年-2005年8月,采用夹板固定屈肘位功能锻炼配合治疗53例肱骨外科颈后伸型骨折,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料53例中男1例,女52例;年龄最小9岁,最大78岁,其中9岁1例,48~59岁36例,60~78岁16例;单纯肱骨外科颈骨折52例,多处骨折并肱骨外科颈骨折1例。病程最短2h,最长5d;53例均有外伤史,均为不愿复位或再次复位的患者。2治疗方法2.1固定方法超肩小夹板外固定,前侧板骨折处捆缚一平垫,后侧板上、下边缘处各捆缚一平垫,呈三点加压固定,内侧板有外展或内收型骨折倾向的按外展、内收型纸压垫捆缚,无明显外展、内收型的平板直接捆缚固定。
