胶合板边料自制小夹板治疗桡骨远端骨折

桡骨远端骨折是指距桡骨远端关节面3cm以内的骨折。这个部位是松质骨和密质骨交界处,是解剖薄弱的地方,一旦受外力则容易发生骨折,其发生率约占急诊骨折患者的17%^[1],其治疗方法颇多^[2,3]。笔者根据30多年的临床经验,采用徒手整复胶合板边角料自制小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,取得较好效果,现将2000年1月-2004年12月治疗的200例患者总结报道如下
