针刀加手法治疗颈部肌肉紧张型头痛

头痛是一种十分常见的疾病,病因多种多样。继发于颈部肌肉紧张型的头痛约占我科门诊头痛病例总数的70%。这种类型的头痛以持续肌肉收缩的头颈僵硬为特征,并在受损的筋膜、肌肉处可发现肌筋膜触发疼痛点,即扳机点（trig-ger points,TP）。2002年6月-2004年6月应用小针刀破坏扳机点,同时辅以手法对扳机点进行按压,对受累肌肉进行持续牵张、推拿,经治50例,效果优良。该方法简单易行、容易推广,现报告如下。1临床资料本组50例,男23例,女27例;年龄19~60岁,平均35岁。
