关节镜下射频汽化治疗膝骨性关节炎

从2003年1月-2004年5月,我院共为32例膝关节骨关节炎患者进行关节镜下射频汽化治疗,现将手术效果分析如下。1临床资料本组32例,男18例,女14例;年龄50~72岁,平均62岁;右膝16例,左膝13例,双膝3例。全部病例有疼痛、活动障碍,25例有肿胀、积液、交锁、弹响、打软腿。X线检查可表现出一种改变或多种表现同时出现,包括关节间隙变窄、骨赘形成、骨嵴形成、股骨髁变平、软骨下骨质硬化、成角畸形、囊性变、偶见游离体^[1]。24例有MRI资料,多有软骨失去正常的厚度或完全消失,偶有小缺损存在。半月板损伤信号多为Ⅱ~Ⅲ度改变。
