自体骨髓联合半侧腓骨髓内移植治疗胫骨骨缺损

我院自1999年1月-2004年12月,采用自体骨髓、半侧腓骨髓腔内联合移植治疗胫骨骨缺损13例,取得满意效果,总结报告如下。1临床资料本组13例,男9例,女4例;年龄14~59岁,平均34岁。左侧5例,右侧8例。骨缺损长度1~6cm,平均3.5cm。骨缺损原因:胫骨开放性粉碎性骨折骨缺损4例,胫骨骨折钢板内固定术后骨不愈合、骨缺损6例,胫骨骨髓炎后骨缺损3例。受伤原因:车祸伤9例,机器轧伤1例,打砸伤1例,高处坠落伤2例。病程30min~32个月。2治疗方法在腰麻或硬膜外麻醉下,术肢扎止血带。开放性骨折应遵循骨科一般清创原则。
