手部是身体暴露的部位,又是生活常见的直接操作部位,很容易受伤,随着人们生活水平的日益提高,尽可能地恢复手部的功能及外观是我们治疗的目的。2002-2003年,我们采用髂腹股沟皮瓣联合腹部带蒂皮瓣修复两处手部皮肤缺损15例,效果满意。1临床资料本组15例,男10例,女5例;年龄18~35岁,平均23岁;右手9例,左手6例。手背手掌损伤5例,无名指小指指腹缺损2例,食指无名指掌侧缺损4例,中小指末节掌侧皮缺损4例。伤后就诊时间4~12h。损伤原因:碾压伤12例,机器绞轧伤3例。2手术方法反复冲洗创面,清除失活组织,保留手指长度,如有骨折予以交叉克氏针或微型钢板固定。根据伤手创面在同侧下腹部设计一髂
