MRI在Perthes病中的应用进展

MRI通过高低不同的信号强度来反应Perthes病患儿股骨头的代谢变化,Perthes病基本表现为早期T₁像骨骺出现低信号,T₂像出现强度不一的信号。随着修复进行,信号强度逐渐增高。通过MRI上股骨头的外形及信号特点还可以对病情的预后做出判断。此外MRI还可以鉴别其他儿童髋关节疾病,以选择正确的治疗方案。显示出MRI是诊治Perthes病的一种很有用的辅助检查方法。

Progression of MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of Perthes disease

Abstract:The different signals of MRI can reflect metabolism change of femoral head in Perthes patients.In the early stage,lower signal in T₁ image and intensity different signals in T₂,accompanying with repair,signal intensity increased gradually.The outline form of femoral head and signal feature in MRI scan can analyze result of Perthes disease.Meanwhile,MRI can be used in differential diagnosis of other hip disease in order to choose reasonable treatment.Above all,MRI is an useful assistant method to diagnosis and treatment of Perthes disease.
