人工桡骨头假体置换的临床研究进展

和抓握力量。同时注意可能发生的并发症,如感染、假体植入失败或脱位。最短观察时间为2年（24~56个月,平均32个月）。4例优,4例良,2例一般,1例差。没有出现感染、假体植入失败或脱位等并发症,没有需要翻修的患者。11例患者通过病史、影像学和临床评价其肘关节是稳定的。至于肘关节运动中的稳定性,所有患者均非常满意。肘关节的屈曲弧度是除了稳定外的第二重要的功能参数。肘关节易于发生关节僵硬,通常继发于前侧关节囊肥厚和纤维化。
