医源性股外侧皮神经损伤的预防和治疗

医源性股外侧皮神经损伤是在髂骨植骨手术中最易出现的并发症,2003年1月-2005年6月施髂骨植骨手术62例。16例发生大腿前外侧麻木、感觉减退等,发生率25.8%,为避免并发症的发生,本文回顾性总结了这16例医源性股外侧皮神经损伤的发生原因及治疗。
