可调式组合三角形复位外固定器治疗跟骨骨折19例

自2000年1月-2004年12月,共收治以后关节突移位为主的跟骨骨折25例,其中19例(21足)施行手术切开、撬拨复位植骨加可调式组合三角形复位外固定器治疗,取得满意效果,报告如下。1临床资料本组19例(21足),均为男性;年龄最小18岁,最大53岁,平均38.3岁。2例为双足,合并胸腰椎压缩性骨折3例,股骨干骨折1例,开放性骨折2例。致伤原因均为高处坠下,足部着地。受伤时间1～12h,平均5.4h;21足均经X线拍片和CT扫描证实。根据Sanders分型:Ⅱ型8足,Ⅲ型11足,Ⅳ型2足[1],均采用跟骨外侧入路,经撬拨、植骨后行可调式组合三角形复位外固定器固定。
