应用喙突移位重建喙锁韧带术式治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折

肩锁关节的骨折脱位手术治疗方法很多,如克氏针、钢丝、肩锁钩板或移植腱性组织修复喙锁韧带等,但诸多的术后并发症或疗效不佳是长期困扰临床的一个难题。自1998年至今,采用喙突移位重建喙锁韧带(即Dewar Barrington术式)治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折21例,取得满意疗效,报告如下。1临床资料本组21例,男15例,女6例;年龄21～49岁,平均31.8岁。Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位15例,锁骨远端骨折6例。新鲜闭合性损伤17例,陈旧性损伤4例,均为陈旧性肩锁关节脱位。其中车祸伤11例,压砸伤3例,摔伤5例,坠落伤2例。左侧8例,右侧13例。
