肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

肱骨近端骨折是一种常见的骨折类型,手术常采用钢丝张力带、三叶草钢板、AO传统的T形钢板和髓内钉内固定,但都存在一些弊端,特别是对于肱骨近端复杂的不稳定骨折及伴骨质疏松的老年患者。我们自2002年3月-2004年3月采用AO锁定肱骨近端接骨板(lockingproximalhumeral plate,LPHP)治疗老年肱骨近端骨折36例,取得满意的疗效。1临床资料本组36例,男13例,女23例;年龄51～86岁,平均65.3岁;受伤原因:跌倒伤21例,车祸伤10例,高处坠落伤5例;均为闭合伤。
