肱骨外髁重建术治疗肱骨外髁骨折骨不连并肘外翻畸形的远期随访

肱骨外髁骨折多见于儿童,由于多种原因,使有些骨折未能及时治疗而出现骨不连,若干年后继发肘外翻畸形,甚至发生创伤性关节炎、牵拉性尺神经炎等严重并发症,自1990年1月-2001年12月共治疗肱骨外髁陈旧性骨折患者386例,其中出现骨不连并肘外翻畸形者38例,下面对肘外翻发生的原因、预防和治疗方法作进一步的探讨。1临床资料肱骨外髁陈旧性骨折骨不连并肘外翻畸形患者38例,男21例,女17例;受伤至手术时间:最短为3年,最长为42年,平均12年;患者年龄:6～13岁12例,14～18岁8例,19～30岁14例,31～50岁4例。
