斯氏针髓芯减压加中药辨证治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

我院自1998年2月-2004年6月采用中西医结合方法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死早中期38例,疗效满意,现报告如下1临床资料本组38例,男29例,女9例;年龄29～73岁,平均46.岁。其中左侧13例,右侧22例,双侧3例。按照改良的Fic分级Ⅰ级22例,Ⅱ级16例。致病原因与饮酒有关10例,激素8例,创伤15例,其他5例。2治疗方法2.1手术治疗在硬膜外麻醉或基础麻醉加局麻下,C形臂X线机透视下,于大转子下3～5cm范围内应用斯氏针刺破皮肤,达股骨侧面中央,斯氏针方向与股骨颈方向一致。向股骨头平行钻3～4个孔道,孔道位置在股骨侧面呈“三角形或“棱形”分布,深度达股骨头软骨面下0.5～1cm。
