缝匠肌髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨中上段骨缺损性骨不连

股骨中上段骨折因骨折严重粉碎、周围软组织损伤大、治疗方法选择不当、手术技术操作失误或内固定不完善,以及术后不恰当的活动或功能锻炼等因素而导致骨折段缺损不愈合。2001年至今应用缝匠肌髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨中上段缺损性骨不连13例,全部病例经16～26个月术后随访,均获得满意的治疗效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组13例,男9例,女4例;年龄28～65岁,平均38岁。右股骨上段3例、中段2例,左股骨上段5例、中段2例,多段骨折1例。合并骨髓炎1例。受伤原因:车祸伤7例,压砸伤5例,摔伤1例。伤后前期处理,钢板固定7例,梅花针固定3例,交锁钉固定2例,双钢板固定1例。病史短者8个月,长者3年。
