腰椎间盘退行性病变以及椎弓峡部不完整,导致的腰椎不稳所引起的腰部疼痛、下肢放射性疼痛是很常见的临床疾患。通常继发腰椎管狭窄,因而充分的减压、即刻的腰椎稳定性的重建以及长期可靠的骨性融合为其治疗的关键。如何获得长期有效的椎间骨性融合直接影响到其远期的治疗效果。传统的椎间髂骨植骨或椎间融合器的应用,虽可以解决椎间骨性融合的问题,但由于增加患者的创伤或高昂的内固定费用,给临床推广应用带来很大困难,2000年3月-2004年9月,应用棘突根部与椎板连接处结构椎间植骨加椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎不稳19例,取得了满意疗效。
