钻孔法治疗胫骨骨不连

我们自2000年2月-2005年2月,采用钻孔法治疗胫骨骨不连6例,效果优良,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组6例,男5例,女1例;年龄16~66岁,平均39岁。胫骨上段骨不连1例,中段3例,中下段2例。其中手术切开复位钢板内固定4例,外固定架固定1例（采用切开复位）,跟骨牵引后石膏外固定1例。受伤后至本次治疗时间6~9个月,平均5个月。开放性骨折3例,闭合性骨折3例。1.2术前检查6例患者均主动活动时疼痛,骨断端有异常活动或骨擦感。X线检查示骨折端硬化、髓腔闭塞,骨折线清晰,有骨质部分吸收缺损或轻度成角患者。
