甲基强的松龙冲击疗法致肌无力1例

患者,男,44岁,工人。因腰部撞伤疼痛伴右下肢麻木、无力6h于2005年4月6日下午2时入院治疗。入院查体:T36.5℃,P88次/min,R22次/min,BP135/90mmHg,体重75kg。神志清,痛苦貌,查体合作。头颅大小形态正常,双瞳孔等大等圆,直径4mm,对光反射灵敏。颈软,气管居中,甲状腺不大。胸廓对称无畸形,双肺呼吸音清,心脏无异常。腹平软,无压痛、反跳痛,肝脾未触及,腹叩鼓音,肠鸣音弱。脊柱无畸形,生理曲度变直,腰椎旁肌肉紧张,压痛,无骨擦感。腹部脐平面以上皮肤感觉正常,腹部脐平面以下右侧半身躯体痛、触觉及本体感觉皆消失,左侧躯体及左下肢痛、触觉减弱,本体感觉存在。
