封闭配合局部制动治疗腕管综合征

腕管综合征是以单手或双手出现桡侧3~4个手指麻木、疼痛、甚至功能障碍,夜间或晨起时较明显为特征的疾患。麻木、疼痛有时放射至肘或肩部,重者拇指外展、对掌无力,动作不灵活。多见于用手及腕部集中劳作者,50多岁女性好发。自2001年7月-2004年11月以封闭配合腕关节外固定治疗42例共66腕,取得了满意的疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料42例中男9例,女33例;单腕者18例,双腕者24例;年龄28~67岁,平均58岁;病程10d~2年,有腕部劳损者36例,有受凉史者4例,无明显病因者2例。除1例因双手使用凿岩机发病较急外,其余病例均为缓慢发病。
