双极肱骨头置换术治疗肩关节疾病

双极人工肱骨头在1975年由Alfred Swanson医生设计,完成产品并在1991年投入临床使用。该产品的出现,大大减少了全肩置换所引起的不稳定和肩袖松动等并发症,能很好地恢复肩关节功能,缓解疼痛,也简化了手术过程,缩短了手术时间。自1997年10月-2001年12月,使用此产品治疗各种肩关节疾病:如肱骨近端粉碎骨折、肱骨头及肱骨上端肿瘤等30例,临床疗效满意。1资料和方法1.1假体材料使用Biomet公司生产的双极肱骨头假体。双极肱骨头外杯材料为钴铬钼合金,内杯材料为超高分子聚乙烯,肱骨柄材料为钛合金,近端1/3为微孔表面涂层。
