掌侧T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折

内固定技术的发展使切开复位钢板内固定逐渐成为桡骨远端关节内骨折治疗的一种有效方法。我院2002年1月-2004年6月使用掌侧T型钢板内固定共治疗桡骨远端骨折24例,效果满意。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组24例,男5例,女19例;年龄46~79岁,平均54岁。其中左侧15例,右侧9例。按AO桡尺骨远端骨折分型,B1型（部分关节内骨折,桡骨矢状面骨块）3例,B2、3型（部分关节内骨折,掌背侧骨块）10例,C1型（完全关节内骨折,干骺端骨折简单）6例,C2型（完全关节内骨折,干骺端骨折粉碎）5例。其中桡骨远端关节内骨折块掌侧移位14例,背侧移位10例。
