克氏针治疗锁骨中外1/3骨折

我科自2002-2004年对锁骨中外1/3骨折,克氏针不能进入达3cm的患者,采用将克氏针穿出近折端锁骨后埋于皮下进行治疗,取得了较好临床疗效。1临床材料本组30例,其中男14例,女16例;年龄9~45岁,平均26岁。骨折发生在左侧18例,右侧12例。全部为新鲜骨折。致伤原因:交通事故伤9例,跌伤18例,砸伤3例。骨折类型:斜形骨折18例,横形骨折6例,粉碎性骨折6例。全部病例均为锁骨中外1/3骨折。本组病例均无血管、神经损伤。2治疗方法手术时间于伤后1~15d,多在12~24h内行手术,9~15岁患者全麻,15岁以上选择局麻。患者取仰卧位,患肩垫高,使肩峰端悬空。
