足蹬皮带牵引治疗肩关节脱位41例

肩关节脱位临床常见,治疗上一般并不困难,但遇到身体强壮或肌肉高度紧张者,复位不易成功,如强行复位,易造成医源性损伤。作者自1997年以来对采用常规复位方法失败的肩关节脱位改用足蹬皮带牵引法复位,均复位成功,现总结报告报下。1临床资料41例中男30例,女11例;年龄15~60岁,平均29.5岁。车祸伤10例,跌扑伤30例,习惯性脱位1例。右肩27例,左肩14例。脱位类型:喙突下脱位21例,盂下脱位20例。其中合并肱骨大结节撕脱骨折25例。伤后就诊时间,最短2h,最长8d。经过足蹬手拉法复位失败者30例,经牵引回旋复位失败6例,另有5例在外院就诊整复失败而来诊治。
