显微镜下操作指动脉岛状皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损

手指指端、指腹及邻指中指节皮肤缺损,是手外科的常见病及多发病,临床治疗方法很多,但既能恢复手指长度,又有良好的血循环与感觉的方法不多。2000年10月-2004年12月,在显微镜下操作指动脉岛状皮瓣20例,取得良好效果。1临床资料本组20例,男15例,女5例;年龄1652岁。缺损原因:刀切伤8例,钢丝绳挤伤6例,机器绞伤6例。切取皮瓣最小面积2 cm×1 cm,最大面积2 cm×4 cm。缺损部位:末节指腹斜形缺损10例,末节侧方缺损5例,末节缺损3例,指端缺损2例。2手术方法2.1皮瓣设计皮瓣设计以手指的侧中线为皮瓣的轴心线。皮瓣的旋转点位于掌侧创缘以近1.52 cm处。
