微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨近远端骨折

胫骨近远端骨折多由高能量损伤所致,处理比较棘手,极易引起骨不愈合、下肢关节僵硬及伤残。自2002年11月-2005年3月对45例胫骨近远端骨折患者采取微创经皮钢板固定技术^[1](minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthe-sis,MIPPO)治疗,随访疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组45例中男28例,女17例;年龄2765岁,平均为36.5岁。38例为闭合性骨折,7例为开放性骨折(Gustilo-An-dersonⅠ型5例,Ⅱ型2例)。受伤原因均为高能量损伤,车祸伤30例,坠落伤8例,生活伤6例,钢缆绳甩击伤1例。
