局封结合小针刀综合治疗第三腰椎横突综合征

第三腰椎横突综合征是常见的腰腿痛之一。治疗一般采用保守疗法,推拿、热疗、电疗、针刺、局封、针刀对该病均有一定疗效,但效果仍不理想。自1998年以来对106例进行临床观察研究,应用局封结合小针刀综合治疗第三腰椎横突综合征,收到了很好的疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料106例中女87例,男19例;年龄:25岁以下3例,25~30岁48例,35~45岁46例,45以上9例。部位:右侧88例,左侧12例,双侧6例。第三腰椎横突综合征的病例临床分型尚无报道。笔者对106例进行临床观察分析,以患者临床症状进行分类,暂拟4型供诊治参考:①筋膜型,51例,占48%,表现多为腰部单侧(偶尔双侧)疼痛,腰肌僵硬。
