三种不同方法治疗儿童股骨颈骨折

儿童股骨颈骨折临床上相对少见,其治疗比较困难,且并发症多,为了提高治疗效果,降低并发症,从1994年8月-2003年5月对收治的40例儿童股骨颈骨折采用三种不同方法治疗,其中随访资料完整的36例,总结如下。1临床资料本组男20例,女16例;年龄516岁,平均10岁。高处坠落伤15例,交通事故伤14例,其他伤7例。按Colonna分类[1]:Ⅰ型骨折(头骺分离)1例,Ⅱ型骨折(经颈型)13例,Ⅲ型骨折(经转子型)15例,Ⅳ型骨折(转子间型)7例。合并伤:脑外伤7例,腹部闭合伤2例,其他部位骨折12例。
