目的:探讨脑外伤对骨折愈合的影响及作用机制。
方法:用新西兰大耳白家兔65只,分别制成单纯股骨干骨折、脑外伤合并股骨干骨折及脑外伤1周后合并股骨干骨折模型。分别于术后第1、2、3、4周各处死5只家兔,摄骨折处X线片,观察骨折愈合情况。进行病理、组织学检查,检测转化生长因子-α。
结果:实验表明,脑外伤合并股骨干骨折的家兔骨折愈合速度快,而无脑外伤的单纯股骨干骨折家兔,其骨折愈合速度较慢。
结论:脑外伤后家兔骨折愈合的速度加快,这可能与脑外伤后家兔体内生长因子特别是转化生长因子-α水平升高有关。 |

Experimental study on the effects of cerebral trauma on fracture healing |
|
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of cerebral trauma on fracture healing and to study its mechanism.
Methods:Sixty-five New Zealand rabbits were sacrificed to produce models of femoral shaft fracture,femoral shaft fracture accompanied with cerebral trauma,and femoral shaft fracture at 1st week after cerebral trauma respectively.Every five rabbits were killed at 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th weeks after operation.X-ray examinations were performed to observe fracture healing.Pathologic and histological examinations were also performed and the contents of transforming growth factor-α in serum were detected.
Results:The fracture healing in femoral shaft fracture accompanied with cerebral trauma models was rapid,while in simple femoral shaft fracture models was slow.
Conclusion:The union of fracture is accelerated by the factor of cerebral trauma,which is perhaps related to increase of TNF-α after cerebral trauma of rabbits. |
