三维牵引并手法复位治疗胸腰椎屈曲型压缩性骨折

自2000年1月-2004年12月对30例未合并马尾神经损伤的屈曲型胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用三维牵引并手法复位治疗,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组30例,男21例,女9例;年龄16~62岁,平均为46.5岁。受伤至治疗时间1~5 d。受伤原因:坠落伤24例,车祸伤5例,压砸伤1例。骨折部位:T₁₁2例,T₁₂8例,L₁11例,L₂3例,L₃5例,L₄1例。所有病例均无神经系统症状。所有病例均摄胸腰段正侧位X线片及CT检查,按前柱高度分类:压缩<1/3为12例,压缩1/31/2为16例,压缩>1/2为2例。椎管占位程度分类:椎管无狭窄10例,Ⅰ度狭窄14例,Ⅱ度狭窄6例。
