持续牵引夹板固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折

我院2000年3月-2004年10月,采用持续牵引夹板固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折118例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组118例,男65例,女53例;年龄3~11岁,平均8岁。重物砸伤35例,摔伤43例,交通事故伤30例,其他伤10例。中上段骨折62例,下段56例。横断及粉碎性58例,斜形及螺旋形60例。伤后就诊时间1h~3d。2治疗方法4岁以下儿童采用双下肢悬吊牵引,4岁以上儿童采用骨牵引。下段横断骨折及骨折线由后上向前下者用股骨髁上牵引,其余采用胫骨结节牵引。穿针时注意勿伤及骨骺,采用平衡悬吊骨牵引,牵引重量为患儿体重的1/8。
