胸腰椎弓根钉定位及植入方法的改进

椎弓根钉棒系统内固定装置经椎弓根内固定具有短节段和三维固定、便于安装等优点,是近年来国内外在脊柱后路方面开展的新手术。我科自1994年10月-2004年10月应用这项手术对184例胸腰椎病患者进行治疗,共置入椎弓根钉780枚,并在手术实践中摸索出一套椎弓根钉的综合定位及植入法,取得良好效果,报道如下。1临床资料本组184例,男96例,女88例;年龄18~75岁,平均31岁。胸椎骨折67例,腰椎骨折45例,腰椎滑脱23例,腰椎不稳23例,腰椎管狭窄症23例,脊柱侧弯3例。从T2至S1共植入椎弓根钉780枚。
