喙锁间环扎钢丝加克氏针固定治疗重度肩锁关节脱位

肩锁关节脱位有各种治疗方法,对AllmanⅢ型的完全性脱位,比较一致的观点是手术治疗[1]。肩锁关节脱位的手术治疗方法较多,临床报道疗效不一。我科自2000年至2004年间采用喙锁间环扎钢丝加克氏针固定治疗重度肩锁关节脱位65例,疗效优良,现报道如下。1临床资料65例中男47例,女18例;年龄17~52岁,平均37.2岁。右侧24例,左侧41例,均为单侧。骑跨运动（如骑车、骑马等）损伤23例,高处坠跌伤10例,交通伤19例,其他运动损伤13例。受伤距手术时间4h~32d,平均6d。
