选择性胫神经肌支切断加跟腱皮下滑行延长术治疗脑瘫马蹄足痉挛

在痉挛型脑性瘫痪中,足部的马蹄痉挛畸形是常见的后遗症,常规治疗效果不满意,影响了疗效和康复。我们自1998年3月对32例痉挛型脑瘫马蹄足畸形患儿进行了选择性胫神经肌支切断(selectivemicrosurgicaltibialneurotomy,SMTN)加跟腱皮下滑行延长术治疗,达到一次性解痉矫形,效果较好,报告如下。1临床资料患儿32例,其中男20例,女12例;平均年龄9岁。双下肢痉挛16例,单侧下肢痉挛10例,偏瘫型痉挛6例。病因为早产15例,难产窒息10例,新生儿黄疸症4例,脑膜炎后遗症3例。
