人工髋关节术后感染诊断治疗

1992年至2004年收治人工髋关节置换术后感染17例进行回顾性分析,并提出早期诊断标准和治疗原则,报告如下。1临床资料本组17例,男8例,女9例;年龄45~76岁,平均63岁关节置换原因:股骨颈骨折10例,股骨头缺血性坏死4例,退行性髋关节炎1例,关节成形术后1例,骨巨细胞瘤1例。关节置换类型:人工股骨头置换5例,全髋关节置换12例。并存症:糖尿病3例,高血压3例,强直性脊柱炎1例,类风湿关节炎1例,系统性红斑狼疮1例。感染分期:急性术后感染7例,其中表浅感染5例,深度感染2例;亚急性感染7例;晚期深部感染3例。
