克氏针骨水泥支架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

我院自2002年至2004年6月,用多枚克氏针固定,针尾在皮肤外形成支架与骨水泥连接,治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折15例,取得较好效果,报告如下。1临床资料本组15例,男6例,女9例;年龄65~80岁。按粗隆间骨折分型:Ⅱ型4例,ⅢA型11例。入院后检查合并有糖尿病5例,高血压4例,肺部感染2例,冠心病1例。2治疗方法患者入院后采用胫骨结节牵引,对内科疾病作相应的治疗,在1周内手术。均采用硬膜外麻醉,患侧臀部垫高,作髋外侧稍偏前方切口,能显示骨折端即可,不作股外侧肌的剥离（如果有C形臂透视可以不作开放性手术,损伤更小）。
