多枚鳞纹钉治疗股骨颈粗隆间骨折

股骨颈和粗隆间骨折是老年人的常见病和多发病,老年人骨质疏松、退变,加之动作不灵活,很容易跌倒,造成骨折。如果治疗不当,极易导致骨折不愈合、髋内翻畸形、股骨头坏死。广大临床医务工作者不断努力,改进治疗方法和治疗手段,力求达到更满意的治疗结果。我科1999年4月-2004年3月共治疗股骨颈、粗隆间骨折35例,取得了满意疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料股骨颈骨折21例,男10例,女11例;年龄最大91岁,最小30岁,平均57.4岁。左侧7例,右侧14例。根据骨折线的部位分型,分为头下型6例,头颈型3例,颈中型8例,基底型4例。
