股骨远端骨折的治疗及膝关节功能康复

自1994年以来处理股骨远端骨折33例现分析如下,意在探讨如何选择合理的治疗方法,减少并发症的发生。1临床资料本组33例,男24例,女9例;年龄18~62岁,平均42.7岁。左侧18例,右侧15例。致伤原因:车祸致伤19例,高处摔伤5例,重物砸伤9例。单纯骨折14例,粉碎性骨折19例。新鲜骨折28例中开放性骨折4例,闭合性骨折24例;陈旧性骨折5例。骨折按AO/ASIF方法分类:A型11例,其中A1型3例,A2型2例,A3型6例;B型骨折7例,其中B1型3例,B2型2例,B3型2例;C型骨折15例,其中C1型2例,C2型9例,C3型4例。合并伤:创伤性休克5例,合并1处骨折者3例。
