带血管蒂股前外侧筋膜瓣移位膝关节治疗退行性膝关节病

目的:探讨带血管蒂股前外侧筋膜瓣移位于膝关节内治疗退行性膝关节病的疗效。

方法:13例退行性膝关节病患者,男7例,女6例;年龄46~75岁,平均58.5岁。用带膝上外动脉为血管蒂的股前外侧筋膜瓣包绕修复缺损的关节面。

结果:术后所有病例经45~89个月,平均50个月的随访,根据窦宝信等[1]膝关节疗效评定标准:优7例,良4例,可2例。

结论:带血管蒂股前外侧筋膜瓣治疗修复退行性膝关节的手术具有创伤小、并发症少、费用低、远期效果好等优点。

Transfer of anterolateral femoral vascularized fascial flap for treatment of degenerative arthropathy of knee

Abstract:

Objective:To study the curative effects of transfer of anterolateral femoral vascularized fascial flaps for treating degenerative arthropathy of knee joint.

Methods:Thirteen patients (7 male and 6 female with average age of 58.5 years ranging from 46 to 75 years) with degenerative arthropathy of knee joint were transfered with anterolateral femoral vascularized fascial flap to repair the defect of joint surface.

Results:All patients were followed up for 45 to 89 months with an average of 50 months.According to the assessment of DOU Bao-xin,the excellent result were achieved in 7 cases,good in 4 cases and fair in 2 cases.

Conclusion:Transfer of anterolateral femoral vascularized fascial flap for treatment of degenerative arthropathy of the knee is characterized by less damage to normal joint structure,less complication,less cost and long-term curative effect.
