伸直型伸膝装置粘连的中西医结合治疗

伸直型伸膝装置粘连是下肢创伤常见的并发症之一,可导致膝关节的屈曲功能障碍。我院自2001年2月-2004年5月,采用手术松解伸膝装置粘连和CPM及主动功能锻炼结合中药熏洗的方法治疗伸直型伸膝装置粘连42例,取得了满意的效果。现总结报告如下。
