自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨不连

肱骨干骨不连临床上多见,传统的方法是钢板内固定并植骨术。但由于组织创伤大,且术后多需石膏外固定,常遗留肩肘关节功能障碍,更有部分病例骨折仍不愈合,而需再次手术。我们自2000年4月-2004年5月,采用自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨不连18例,获得满意效果,现总结报告如下。
