肱骨远端波及关节面的粉碎骨折是肘关节的一种严重损伤,文献报道手术治疗的满意结果为55%~75%[1-3]。本文报告2001年1月-2004年6月手术治疗15例C型（AO/ASIF）肱骨髁间骨折及随访结果,探讨影响疗效的因素。
