任何科学技术的产生和发展都离不开其社会、文化和科学背景。近年来,方兴未艾的微创技术给人们带来的冲击越来越强烈,有人称其为20世纪外科技术皇冠上的明珠,但它的理念却与过去某些年代惊人地相似。从狭义理解“微创”是用最小的解剖损伤和生理干扰换取最好的疗效,从广义理解“微创”是用最低的社会负担和生物负担获得最佳的健康生活。它的螺旋式辨证发展过程促使我们从多方面对其加以思考。1“微创”中医的特色和优势“微创”并不是泊来品,无论在治疗观念和临床技术方面,中医的微创均有其特色和优势。以针刺为例,早在2000多年前就有系统的文字记载。《黄帝内经素问.刺要论》载有“病有沉浮,刺有浅深,各至其理,无过其道”。
